You acknowledge that my work is digital only, and there will be no shipment of physical goods

I might post your artwork on my socials/ work on them on stream (unless requested otherwise)

You cannot change, modify, edit, or use my works without permission. ( unless for icon, etc, with proper credit)

I have the right to decline a commission or client for whatever reason. I am not required to provide a reason, but i will give a notice!

I will refund the entire amount paid if I no longer wish to/ cannot work on your commission for any reason

I do not consent to my work being used to train AI. Doing this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists. The same applies to NFTs

Payments will be primarily made through my Kofi (PayPal). Otherwise, I will use PayPal Invoices

Refunds will only be issued if a reason is provided. I would prefer if you talked to me about any issues first.

An appeal for a refund will not be possible if the work is completed. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Backing out of a commission (before payment) will not result in any issues as long as you communicate with me!

Turnaround time will take about 1-2 weeks
